The Irlam Rangers under 12's played AFC Meadowside at the weekend, Meds set about their play and put Irlam under pressure for the first 10 minutes of the game.

The players settled down and began passing the ball around in a hard fought match with two early goals from Jonathan Kemp and Lewis Andrews to lead the first half 2 - 0.

The second half saw Irlam under more pressure from Meds, but the team soaked it up with a goal by Peter Williamson and another 2 from Jonathan Kemp giving him his first hatrick of the season.

In a well deserved win, James Fryer was awarded player of the match, Jonthan kemp most improved and Lewis Andrews sports player...
